Newly launched in 2017, our program in California focuses on empowering foster youth and
children of incarcerated parents through mentorship and a college education. .
Only 3 percent of foster care youth graduate college
13 percent of children with incarcerated fathers will graduate from college
Less than 2 percent of children with incarcerated mothers will from graduate college
