Welcome to Give Back Minnesota! We are excited to be the 14th state in the nation to offer the Give Back Careers Program. It’s an exciting time at Give Back, as we celebrate our 20-year anniversary of service to over 2000 Give Back Scholars!

Students’ lives are changed as they build a long-term, trusting relationship with their coach, engage in a supportive community of Give Back peers and staff, set and achieve goals, explore careers that are meaningful to them, and receive the support, skills, and resources to make those plans and dreams come true!

As a part of the community team, we partner with educators, case managers, foster parents, and other non-profits to meet the needs of these youth who have faced significant adversities.

We are delighted to have just welcomed our second cohort of students here in Minnesota. In six short months, each student has developed a Student Action Plan with goals to achieve their future career aspirations. Half of our scholars have done informational interviews with a professional in their field of interest. Our scholars have experienced resiliency building and teamwork through a high ropes course adventure, and the value and meaningfulness of serving as a team in the community to impact world hunger. Our Give Back community is growing, and students are flourishing!So, whether you are a youth or family looking for support, a service provider looking for additional resources, or someone wanting to invest in the lives of youth by partnering with us, we look forward to connecting with you!
