SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of SMS messaging services provided by Give Something Back ("we," "us," or "our") through Microsoft Teams. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms. 

1. Purpose of SMS Messaging 

Our SMS service is used solely for conversational, person-to-person communication between our CEO (or her assistant) and individuals affiliated with our nonprofit. This includes scheduling, calendar coordination, and general nonprofit-related communication. No marketing or promotional content will be sent. 

2. Opt-In Consent 

By providing your mobile number and engaging in SMS communication with us, you consent to receive text messages from Give Something Back. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the conversation.

• Reply HELP for assistance. 

3. Delegated Access 

SMS messages may be sent or received by the CEO or her assistant, who has delegated access to the Microsoft Teams account. All communications are conducted in accordance with our internal privacy and data protection policies.
