Hi! My name is Nina Rivera, I am a New Jersey Careers Coach & Program Manager. My favorite thing about Give Back is having the opportunity to help provide resources, building rapport, and helping to provide a place where all students feel they can grow as individuals. Previously I've worked in a public school setting for 15 years where I firsthand worked in implementing lesson plans, advocating for students and special services when needed, and translating in and out of the classroom. I am a graduate of Rowan College South Jersey and am currently working to finish up my bachelor's degree at Rowan University.    Fun Facts about me!   I have lived in New Jersey all my life and absolutely love being within driving distance of the beach, as the beach is one of my favorite places to be! I have 3 children, one who is now in college, and 2 younger children who both play sports. I love animals and have over 20 pets, ranging from dogs to reptiles, and even some farm animals!
